Work Package Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Work Package Manager to join our Engineering delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal teams and conducting work package activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within agreed-upon budgets, timelines, and scopes.
- Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks.
- Proven experience in Project Management of complex projects and coordination of various technical activities.
- Graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field, and significant experience in project management.
- Recognized as a self-motivated leader, willing to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches.
- Analytical, dynamic, and autonomous.
- Knowledge of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D is a plus).
- Ability to produce synthetic and quality reports.
- Demonstrate knowledge in financial, workload plan, and risks management.
- Familiar with bidding process.
