Clarksons Port Services is a dynamic company in the Offshore Energy Services industry, with a strong presence in the North Sea region. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team in Den Helder, Netherlands.

About the Role

As a Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial administration, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, ledger management, and processing cash and bank transactions. You will also assist the financial team in analyzing financial data, preparing periodic reports, and conducting financial audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial administration, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ledger management
  • Process cash and bank transactions, including VAT returns and payroll filings
  • Assist the financial team in analyzing financial data and preparing periodic reports
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements
  • MBO 4 degree in a financial field
  • Strong IT skills, advanced in Excel
  • Work experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Dutch
  • Accurate and solution-oriented work attitude
