Job Overview

Vestas is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Professional to lead our HSE team for an Offshore Wind Park Service in Belgium.

As a Senior Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HSE services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HSE team to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on HSE performance
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on HSE performance and incidents
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
