Technical Sales Manager (Logistics)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Independent Recruiters. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support for tank container sales to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives;
  • Provide technical support to clients, including creating proposals and negotiating terms and agreements;
  • Conduct market research and gather data to inform sales decisions;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service;
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote tank container sales in the European region;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales support, preferably in the tank container and equipment supplier industry;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as sciences or business;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills, with the ability to create sales plans and strategies, negotiate with clients, and establish and manage positive relationships;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and planning skills to meet client demands and drive business results;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of tank containers, business-to-business sales experience, and effective presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Open to travel and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
