About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist Lead to join our Financial Risk Team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts in risk management, focusing on the Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, and Stress Testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the impact of changes in business and regulatory requirements on the Financial Risk grid.
  • Prepare implementation solutions for the Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, and Stress Testing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Risk, Business Units, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of change implementations.
  • Make strategic decisions that balance the interests of the bank, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a banking environment, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in leading teams of experts and managing complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of credit risk and regulations, banking products, and risk management principles.
