Position Overview

Sia Partners is seeking talented and motivated Lead Cybersecurity Consultants dedicated to fostering relationships and achieving impactful results. As a Lead Cybersecurity Consultant, you will engage in various projects, primarily focusing on:

  • Designing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and enhancing security protocols to safeguard data, applications, systems, and network infrastructures.
  • Providing expert advice on the technical aspects of Cybersecurity measures, including architecture, sizing, modeling, proof of concept, integration, operation, system hardening, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Responding to Cybersecurity incidents and breaches; conducting reverse engineering and root cause analysis.
  • Preparing essential documentation, particularly the Security Architecture File, Security Justification File, Security Plans, and Interconnection Policy.

You will also have the chance to actively participate in Sia Partners' internal initiatives:

  • Enhancing and refining our service offerings by analyzing and interpreting cybersecurity strategies.
  • Contributing to business development by defining needs and engaging in our commercial activities.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment, particularly in cybersecurity projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
  • Familiarity with IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, and/or macOS), Cloud services (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), Applications (Web Server, Database, Middleware, etc.), and Cryptography; knowledge of Blockchain is a significant advantage.
  • A quick learner who is communicative, adaptable, and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
