Position Overview

Sia Partners is seeking innovative and motivated Lead Cybersecurity Consultants dedicated to fostering relationships and achieving impactful results. Key Responsibilities
You will engage in various projects, primarily focusing on:

  • Designing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and enhancing security protocols to safeguard data, applications, systems, and network infrastructures.
  • Providing expert advice on technical cybersecurity decisions: architecture, sizing, modeling, proof of concept, integration, operations, system hardening, maintenance, upgrades, and evolution.
  • Responding to cybersecurity incidents and breaches; conducting reverse engineering and root cause analysis.
  • Preparing essential documentation, particularly the Security Architecture Document, Security Justification Document, Security Plans, and Interconnection Policy.

Internal Contributions
You will have the chance to actively participate in Sia Partners' internal initiatives:

  • Enhancing and refining our service offerings by interpreting and understanding cybersecurity strategies.
  • Supporting business development by defining needs and engaging in our commercial efforts.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment, particularly in cybersecurity projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
  • Familiarity with IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, and/or macOS), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), Applications (Web Servers, Databases, Middleware, etc.), and Cryptography; knowledge of Blockchain is a significant advantage.
  • A fast learner with strong communication skills, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch for effective communication and presentations.
