About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our cybersecurity practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our team of Senior Managers and Managers to develop and deliver commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Drive sales and delivery targets, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and growth.
  • Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients, providing industry guidance, strategies, and implementation of best practices.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants on missions and commercial endeavors, fostering a team-oriented environment and promoting collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or cybersecurity.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy company, with a background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
  • Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements, with a strong track record of success.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment, with a varied team in educational level, position, and skills.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong ability to achieve results and drive business growth.
