About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expansion in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients, leveraging your expertise in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Collaborate with our team of Senior Managers and Managers to develop and execute commercial proposals.
  • Drive sales and delivery targets, ensuring the success of our clients and the growth of our business.
  • Provide industry guidance, strategies, and best practices to our clients, helping them navigate the complex world of cybersecurity.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy company, with a strong background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and organizational transformation.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment, with a diverse team in terms of educational level, position, and skills.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
