As a key member of our Global IT Operations team based in Eindhoven, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and optimizing the IT infrastructure for the entire organization.

Your Challenge
- Optimize security posture within NTS by identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Install, monitor, and maintain complex systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage network-related projects with 3rd parties, providing expert guidance and support.
- Consult on new requirements, projects, and activities in IT areas, focusing on quality and overall standards.
- Maintain and improve cloud-based environments, including Microsoft Azure and other platforms.
- Provide 2nd-tier or above support for issues and incidents reported to the 1st-tier service team.

About You
- Hold an HBO degree or equivalent, backed by relevant work experience.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux, platform components, SQL, PRTG/Zabbix, Azure logging, IPV4, subnetting, DHCP/BOOTP, and other complex setup technologies.
- Have hands-on experience with cloud solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Defender, Autopilot, Firewalling (Fortinet, Sophos), Microsoft Windows Server, Virtualization (Hyper-V, Clustering), and more.
- Speak English fluently, either as a native speaker or near-native speaker.
- Demonstrate rational thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under stress.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, listening, sharing information, and being reliable and trustworthy.
- Be self-motivated, able to find stakeholders and key people without direct guidance, and operate independently when needed.
