About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Department Head to join our team at Pride Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our electrical engineering team and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various industrial projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team's expertise and knowledge are current.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and standards related to electrical engineering.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Lead Engineer Electrical and/or Process Control in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Relevant training in the Electrical or Process Control disciplines.
  • Possibly several years' work experience as Discipline Manager.
  • Recent engineering experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Experience with various market areas, including industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Ability to coach and connect people, and prioritize collaboration with different fields and branches.
  • Communication skills in English are required, and command of the Dutch language is advantageous.
