Job Overview
As a Procurement Communication and Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and managing change within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Formulating and executing communication plans to guarantee the timely and accurate dissemination of vital information to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Defining communication objectives, identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and selecting suitable communication mediums (such as emails, newsletters, intranet, meetings, etc.).
  • Ensuring uniformity in messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Recognizing and involving key stakeholders impacted by the proposed changes, including team members, management, and suppliers.
  • Creating and distributing communication materials, including memos, presentations, FAQs, and training resources to support transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinating and leading meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share information, collect feedback, and enhance understanding of the changes.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts and refining strategies based on stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Establishing feedback mechanisms to assess the success of communication and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication abilities, goal-oriented mindset, proactive approach, empathetic team player, and sensitivity to group dynamics.
  • Experience: Proven professional and project experience in change management, preferably within an international corporate setting.
  • Skills: Strong consulting and organizational capabilities, along with conceptual acumen.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
