Job Summary

We're seeking a Product Area Lead to oversee the development and implementation of data products and services that support our customers' financial needs. As a key member of our Data Management Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Product Leads and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Leads to deliver high-quality data products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data product delivery and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data products that meet those needs
  • Monitor and report on data product performance and quality
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and risk management frameworks
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a technical or business field
  • 12+ years of experience in data management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong business-to-IT affinity and experience with data product/service management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to experiment and innovate
