Data Integrity Specialist

You will be part of the Material Management Team (SCM), working with Planning Team, Schedulers and Warehouse who are also part of SCM. Your role will ensure the integrity of Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data, and manage data requests from Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Finance representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Material Data Standards and procedures for master data related tasks;
- Allocate accountabilities and responsibilities for master data maintenance and supply and ownership of data;
- Review Material Data Management (MDM) create, change and delete (CDM) requests for materials, customers and vendors;
- Process valid data requests and reject invalid requests with proper reasoning;
- Enforce MDM standards on all data requests and investigate problems;
- Develop solutions and provide training to stakeholders on master data processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP systems, including data management and configuration;
- Fundamental knowledge of MDM business processes;
- Experience in developing and explaining Material Data Standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
