Data Integrity Specialist

You will be part of the Material Management Team (SCM), working with Planning Team, Schedulers and Warehouse who are also part of SCM. Ensuring integrity of Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data is a key responsibility of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Description of MDM standards and creation of procedures and templates/standards for master data related tasks;
  • Explicit allocation of accountabilities and responsibilities for master data maintenance and supply and ownership of data;
  • Review of MDM create, change and delete (CDM) requests for materials, customers and vendors;
  • Validation and enforcement of MDM standards on all data requests;
  • Investigation of problems, finding root causes and development of solutions, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP systems, including data management and configuration;
  • Fundamental knowledge of MDM business processes;
  • Experience in developing and explaining Material Data Standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to work independently, managing multiple requests while meeting deadlines;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets;
  • Financial acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and financial principles;
  • Passion for data integrity and a meticulous attention to detail.
