Why We Need You

We're seeking a highly experienced Data Science Lead to drive the integration of our 'AI First' principle within our global platform. This role is crucial in setting up and scaling machine learning infrastructure, processes, and teams to optimize data center performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable data science processes and systems.
  • Lead a diverse team of data scientists in translating complex data center contexts into effective and efficient machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with the AI research team to identify new developments in machine learning and AI.
  • Work closely with product managers to develop and deliver market-changing solutions rooted in cutting-edge AI.
  • Ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions into our products and services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with extensive machine learning experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a SaaS product domain.
  • 1+ years of experience in hiring and managing a team of data scientists.
  • Preferred experience with machine learning/AI dealing with physical processes and relations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with one or more data science platforms like Dataiku, Databricks, DataRobot, etc.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
