Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Service Agent to join our ONECare team at Ocean Network Express. As an Export Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our ONECare customers, resolving service issues, and promoting our range of customer self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on sector knowledge and internal processes to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Utilize our e-commerce platform and self-service tools to support our digital transformation and promote customer adoption.
  • Work closely with the Customer Administration team and Sales Teams to ensure effective communication and escalation of customer issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience within shipping or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, customer- and service-oriented.
  • Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and preferably Salesforce.
  • Articulate, clear oral and writing communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Enthusiastic team worker.
