Customer Experience Research Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Research Consultant to join our team at All About Expats. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful research projects from start to finish, focusing on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client needs into compelling research proposals, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Manage CX projects, overseeing them from initial design to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that influence strategy, processes, services, and communications, driving business growth.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions for clients to share findings and recommendations, effectively communicating complex data.
  • Share expertise through writing blogs, mentoring colleagues, and training junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a quantitative researcher, with a strong passion for Customer Experience.
  • Proficiency in handling research data using SPSS and Excel, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve set goals, driving business success.
  • Strong customer-oriented drive with excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless client relationships.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and open to feedback, with a willingness to provide it to others, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • A good fit for an open, flat, and self-organizing work environment, embracing innovation and flexibility.
