We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the daily operations run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and communicating with team members to support workflows.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external communication effectively.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the team by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will be a strong fit for this role if you possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient English language skills (written and spoken) are also essential. Experience in administration or logistics is a plus but not mandatory. We require candidates who are ready to commit to long-term work in The Netherlands.
