Key Responsibilities

As a PR and Media Intern at Cartier, you will be working closely with the PR Manager and PR Coordinator to assist in and/or be responsible for:

  • Monitoring publications and sending editorial reports to HQ on a daily basis
  • Preparing monthly and trimestrial reports and analyses
  • Providing tailored press materials to PR agencies
  • Coordinating local shootings with our PR stock
  • Coordinating distribution and updating PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with the PR Manager and PR Coordinator
  • Assisting with vendor creations and extensions
  • Assisting the PR Manager with PR strategic presentations
  • Assisting with the organization of PR events and press trips

Under the responsibility of the Media Project Manager, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:

  • Coordinating offline activations, from selecting assets to tracking final results
  • Preparing reports and analysis on offline SOV
  • Supporting online campaigns orchestration and setup with media agencies
  • Conducting quality checks on online campaigns before going live
  • Consolidating media agencies' reports to create post-reporting analysis for media campaigns
  • Assisting the Media Project Manager with media analysis and deck preparation
