Key Responsibilities

As a Public Relations and Media Coordinator at Cartier, you will be responsible for assisting in and/or leading various tasks under the guidance of the PR Manager and in collaboration with the PR Coordinator and external PR agencies.

  • Monitor publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily basis.
  • Prepare monthly and trimestrial reports and analyses.
  • Provide tailor-made press materials to PR agencies.
  • Coordinate local shootings with our PR stock.
  • Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with the PR Manager and PR Coordinator.
  • Assist with vendor creations and extensions.
  • Support the PR Manager with PR strategic presentations.
  • Assist with the organization of PR events and press trips.

Under the responsibility of the Media Project Manager, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:

  • Coordinate offline activations, from asset selection to production tracking.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis on offline SOV.
  • Support online campaigns orchestration and setup with media agencies.
  • Conduct quality checks on online campaigns before launch.
  • Consolidate media agencies' reports to create post-reporting analysis for media campaigns.
  • Assist the Media Project Manager with media analysis and deck preparation.
