Professional Marketing Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care Specialist

The Professional Marketing Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care is a key role within the Philips organization, responsible for driving clinical and marketing strategies for the Sleep and Respiratory Care category in EMEA. This role requires a strong understanding of the clinical and market landscape, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute clinical and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Sleep and Respiratory Care category.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and home care provider category managers to understand local market needs and share best practices.
- Provide clinical insights and claims to support prioritization in development, marketing, and sales support activities.
- Collaborate with commercial category managers and marketing operations to ensure alignment with market marketing priorities and consistency across clusters.
- Implement and enrich engagement strategies with professional and clinical societies, organizations representing patients, and category leaders at home care providers.
- At least 5 years of experience working with home care providers and/or respiratory/sleep clinicians.
- Relevant industry network in Sleep and Respiratory Care.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Curiosity and desire to raise the bar.
- Strong solution orientation and can-do mentality.
- Clinical and academic interest and capabilities.
- Experience in working in an international context and complex matrix organizations.
