We are seeking a highly skilled QESH Advisor to join our team at DSM. As a QESH Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.
About the Role:- Act as an advisor, coach, and trainer for line managers and employees on QESH matters.
- Build, maintain, and improve the QESH Management System.
- Guide and support compliance to new and existing Q and SHE legislations, requirements, and standards.
- Execute and guide internal and external audits, Gemba, and Supervision rounds.
- Lead and report Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) to determine the causes leading to QESH incidents.
- Be a member of the Management of Change (MoC) team, providing input on SHE and Q for changes to buildings, utilities, equipment, processes, and ICT hard- and software.
- A dynamic work environment with many challenges that give you the possibility to work autonomously and with a team in finding the right solutions.
- An inclusive and multicultural team with respect for everyone.

- A detailed and analytical understanding of QESH principles and practices.
