About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a seasoned Environmental Consultant Team Leader to spearhead our Compliance and Permitting Services in the Netherlands. As a key member of our CST Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Ramboll team for CST services, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, focusing on international clients and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations and compliance processes in the Netherlands, identifying key themes and requirements.
  • Act as a key client manager, fostering opportunities in the Netherlands and internationally, and collaborating with global key client teams.
  • Focus on quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet the expectations of our international clients.
  • Coach and mentor other staff, planning resources, and growing the team in the Netherlands.
  • Contribute to the further development of CST services, participating in international Ramboll business development teams.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Environmental Consultant Team Leader with a strong background in environmental science, earth sciences, or a related field. You should have a proven track record in client management, acquisition, and business development, as well as experience with environmental regulations and compliance processes in the Netherlands.
