About the Role

Ramboll Netherlands is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to lead our Compliance, Strategy, and Transactions (CST) services. As a key member of our CST Department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing a more sustainable future.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Ramboll team for CST services, fostering collaboration to meet sustainable project goals.
  • Confidently lead strategy development, policies, and client relationships with multinational clients.
  • Pursue and realize opportunities with international clients or cross-functional teams.
  • Recognize core corporate permitting and compliance themes, identifying key regulations and preparing business plans.
  • Act as key client manager, joining global key client teams to foster opportunities in the Netherlands and internationally.
  • Focus on quality deliverables, coaching/mentoring staff, and growing the team in the Netherlands.
  • Contribute to the further development of CST services, participating in international Ramboll business development teams.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a BSc or MSc in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, or a related field, and relevant work experience in consultancy at a senior level (10-15 years). You should have several years of experience as a team leader, a proven track record in client management, acquisition, and business development, and a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes in the Netherlands.
