About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Compliance, Strategy, and Transactions (CST) Department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our CST services team and playing a key role in advancing a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Ramboll team for CST services and provide confident pro-active leadership with strong experience in strategy development, policies, and working with multinational clients.
  • Pursue and realize opportunities with international clients or together with cross-geographical/disciplinary teams.
  • Recognize core corporate permitting and compliance themes, identify key regulations/requirements, and prepare and maintain the business plan regarding these services.
  • Act as a key client manager and join global key client teams to foster opportunities in the Netherlands and internationally.
  • Focus on the quality of deliverables according to expectations of our (international) clients.
  • Coach/mentor other staff, plan resources, and grow the team in the Netherlands.
  • Participate in international Ramboll business development teams and contribute to the further development of CST services.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a BSc or MSc education in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Land and Water Management, Physical Geography, or similar. You should have relevant work experience in consultancy at a senior level (7-10 years) and several years of experience as a team leader. A proven track record in client management, acquisition, and business development is essential. You should also have a thorough understanding of and experience with environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance processes in the Netherlands.
