Traineeship Buying - Retail

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Buying Department as a Trainee Buyer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product range and driving business growth across Europe.

As a Trainee Buyer, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and developing strategies to improve product quality and availability. You will work closely with our procurement team to negotiate prices, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to our stores.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial or economic field and at least one year of experience in purchasing or procurement. You will also have a willingness to learn and improve your commercial skills, as well as the ability to communicate in English (Dutch being an added bonus).

Our recruitment process typically takes four working days, during which we will schedule an introductory interview to discuss the vacancy and the company. We will then introduce you to our client and guide you through the application process.
