Traineeship Buying - Retail

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Buying Department as a Trainee Buyer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product range and driving business growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the product range, introducing new products and improving existing ones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a commercial or economic field.
  • One to two years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of around €3,300 gross per month.
  • 24 days of holiday and the option to buy 5 extra days (based on 38 hours per week).
