IT Support Specialist for Cloud Environment

HKU is seeking an experienced IT Officer to join its team in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy. As an IT Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the web-based IT system of the Community Pharmacy Project.

SalaryA highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, estimated at HK$50,000 - HK$70,000 per month.
Job DescriptionAs an IT Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the web-based IT system of the Community Pharmacy Project under a cloud environment
- Performing regular IT policy and data security audits
- Assisting members of the department to edit, upload, and maintain multimedia content on the project website
- Supporting the operation of the project IT system
You may be required to work outside office hours occasionally.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years' experience in IT system maintenance and support in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge in multimedia content production
