Lead International Billing Operations Manager

Job Description:
The Sr. Manager FinOps O2C Operations will lead the international billing process of Global Customer Finance Operations, overseeing order-to-cash processes for various NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations.
About the Role:
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing the O2C operations team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- You will be the champion for driving standardization across the process, working closely with other Finance Operations Towers to support each other's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the O2C operations team, providing clear guidance and goals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Establish, monitor, and report end-to-end process metrics and KPIs to measure service levels, operational effectiveness, process health, and process compliance.
- Proactively monitor and anticipate changing business, regulatory, and financial requirements, processes, and practices.
- Work closely with GCFO and BPO leads in resolving and monitoring delivery services.
- Drive continuous and sustainable improvements, ensuring adequate process documentation and training materials are developed and maintained.
- Liaise with BPO and GCFO leads on timely review and updates to the Desk Top Procedures, reports, and other activities.
- Maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders to drive improvements by designing, negotiating, persuading business owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a finance-related area (HEAO BE).
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a similar position within an international environment (Entertainment industry preferred).
- Experience in Licensing or royalty-based contracts.
- Experienced people manager: proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high performance within a high-paced environment.
- Proactive coach and mentor, positive influencer: demonstrated background in developing team's collective and individual skills.
- Ability to lead an off-site team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills. Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Persuasive communicator: proven ability to work across functions and manage key stakeholders, ability to ensure clarity of information, and to eliminate any ambiguity and confusion that may exist.
- Ability to effectively present business initiatives and project plans.
- Proven Project management skills.
- Fluent in English; other European language is a plus.
- Lean or six-sigma aptitude is preferable.
- Experienced CRM user (SAP).
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location:New York City, USA.
