Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain / Logistics team based in Amsterdam.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for satellite warehouse operations within their designated region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and implement performance improvement on performance and quality of outbound shipments.
  2. Manage 3PL and logistics service providers' contracts, and lead MBR and QBR with them.
  3. Support the Supply Chain Director in strategy development.
  4. Proactively optimize the supply chain from order to delivery and identify key capabilities to be developed and process improvement opportunities in our operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or similar.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in a multidisciplined Logistics role, of which at least 2-3 years' of managing operations combined with business knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in large project implementation linked to warehouse operations, and logistics in general.
  • Able to develop and execute changes and initiatives on tactical and strategic level to achieve regional objectives.

  • An estimated salary of €65,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A flexible work schedule that allows you to work from home up to 40%, while also enjoying a fantastic new office at Houthavens, Amsterdam.
