Introduction
The Domain Manager Data is responsible for leading a team of data & analytics professionals within the Center of Excellence of Corporate Real Estate at ASML. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance, analytics strategy, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the ASML Analytics Vision and translate it into a Corporate Real Estate Analytics strategy, process, and governance framework.
- Lead a team of data professionals to solve business issues through analytics, interfacing with key senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify analytics opportunities and funnel demand to a centrally managed backlog and roadmap.
- Organize a community of practice for self-service analytics and help Corporate Real Estate grow to a higher level of data literacy.
- Design and implement a data governance strategy in collaboration with the central data office, including a data governance framework.
- Actively monitor Corporate Real Estate data quality and initiate data quality improvement projects together with the business.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining the Corporate Real Estate data model based on business requirements.
- Set the strategic direction and guidelines for insight generation and analytics scope of work within a project and oversee the most complex ones.
- Solve complicated business questions through creation of data solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations that enable leaders to make critical decisions.
- MSc or PhD in information management and/or technical fields and extensive relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with analytics teams and projects.
- Experience across different sectors.
- Experience in direct interaction with customers.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum.
