Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Merchandiser to drive e-commerce growth by optimizing product offerings and ensuring the most attractive assortment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow categories within dry goods (defined groups) in sales and margin, focusing on assortment decisions, pricing, discounts, and in-app presentation.
  • Negotiate independently with A-brand suppliers, building a strong supplier network that incorporates retail media and trade marketing.
  • Maintain data-driven decision-making and stay updated on the latest e-commerce developments.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Hub Operations teams to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Identify areas for optimization within category management and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a buyer, category manager, or key account manager in the food or non-food industry, preferably within dry goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic decisions to achieve business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
