ASML is seeking a highly skilled Safety Culture and Training Project Manager to support the next phase of our safety culture and training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the roll-out of our safety culture program to all worldwide CS operations, maturing existing program elements, and managing the CS safety training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety culture maturity roadmap
- Drive the roll-out of the safety culture program to all worldwide CS operations
- Mature existing program elements, including the Safety Ambassadors and Safety Leadership Programs
- Manage the CS safety training program and review periodically for updates
- Develop and roll-out global communications, safety campaigns, and engagement plans
- Act as a roll-out champion for the next phase of the programs, including train-the-trainer sessions in different CS regions
- Co-own department communication tools, including Intranet and SharePoint
- Measure and monitor project progress and impact
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in safety management or a comparable field with a focus on people, behavior, and culture
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in a training or safety culture change management role, preferably in a global company in a high-tech industrial or similar environment
- Demonstrable experience with safety training programs and safety culture maturation
- Change management, communication, and trainer skills
- Experience in project management
