We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Hotel The Anthony. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, with a full CLA salary from € 15.55 - € 17.19.
  • A fixed employment contract with 25-38 hours per week.
  • An end-of-year bonus of 5%.
