About the RoleAs a strategic enterprise intern at Philips, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the strategy team and contribute to deep-dive strategy projects. Your responsibilities will include collecting market insights through desktop research, preparing customer surveys, analyzing results, and supporting key stakeholder meetings. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring an end-to-end connection between businesses, markets, functions, strategists, and execution teams by implementing a systematic and lean approach to ensure consistent and impactful execution.
Requirements- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Medical/Healthcare, Science, or Engineering
- Genuine interest in strategy and execution
- Strong analytical mindset and professional drive
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Relevant internship experience preferred
- Monthly full-time allowance of €600 gross (pro-rata for part-time interns)
- Housing compensation (€300 net if location is in Amsterdam, €255 net for other locations)
- Travel compensation (max. €145 net)
- Paid holidays per internship term
