As a Senior LEAN Improvement Engineer at Neways Electronics International NV, you will be responsible for

* Supporting and optimizing the current improvement structure within Neways Advanced Applications
* Co-designing the further development of Continuous Improvement in NAA
* Supporting the development of the "strategic / operational" goals of NAA
* Driving, managing, and supporting lean improvement projects, workshops, and initiatives
* Ensuring efficient workshop and project tracking (key figures development) until project closure
* Implementing lean management methods (i.e. leader standard work, 5S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED)
* Training and coaching of colleagues with the methods from Lean Production to support the achievement of goals
* Contributing to standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy
* Execution and implementation of lean assessments

Your Profile and DNA

To succeed in this role, you will need to have

* A hands-on mentality and be eager to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues
* The ability to motivate the organization to embrace the Lean philosophy
* Completed technical or business-related bachelor or master, completed Black Belt Certification, and 5-10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
* Good command of English required, Dutch preferred
