Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Manager Payments to join our Corporate Banking and Treasury IT (CBT-IT) Department. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the adequate, functional, and stable IT environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all systems under your care from a complete end-to-end perspective, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the payment/operations chain.
  • Coach and guide your team colleagues, coordinate and plan activities, and actively support the Agile way of working in the team.
  • Guarantee the quality and continuity of your own IT business services by preventing incidents and resolving them quickly and effectively, sometimes requiring work outside business hours.
  • Look forward to Life Cycle Management and continuously improving our landscape.
  • Be responsible for or participate in relevant IT changes/projects and ensure the final acceptance of these changes/projects on your IT systems.
  • Communicate with business clients about content or incidents, problems, and changes, making IT transparent for them.
About the Team

You will be part of the CBT-IT Department, responsible for end-to-end IT support and development of applications for our corporate asset classes. Our way of working is based on Agile Scrum and Kanban.

Within this team, you will work in the Payments IT Team, ensuring the continuity of payments/operations processes within the bank. We make sure all payment streams run flawlessly and prevent issues or solve them quickly. We continuously improve our IT landscape by innovation projects and changes.
