Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Supply Chain to join our team at FrieslandCampina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage supply chain operations and logistics projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and supply chain partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform decision-making, and develop reports to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations and logistics.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in both English and Dutch.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
