About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Medtronic as a Senior Clinical Research Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of clinical studies, as well as developing and overseeing clinical strategies for assessing product safety and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of clinical studies, including study design, protocol development, and site management.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to assess product safety and effectiveness, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Lead study management duties, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical management, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance.
- Provide work direction and oversight to a team of clinical research professionals.
- Review and manage project budgets, schedules, and status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related medical/scientific field.
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience, or a Master's degree/PhD with 2 years of experience.
- Experience managing multiple clinical research sites and developing clinical strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
