We are a leading distributor of electronic components, and we're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Field Account Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- University or technical college degree or equivalent experience
- Several years of sales experience, preferably in the electronic components industry
- Strong analytical and sales skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
