Regional SCM Manager

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Regional SCM Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, seizing opportunities, and understanding customer needs deeply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities within the targeted account portfolio, ensuring compliance with commercial standards.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, solutions, and operational teams to deliver robust Value Propositions and drive results from Key Clients.
  • Promote and advocate for the Lead Logistics Product internally and externally, fostering growth and innovation within the sales process.
  • Collaborate with customers and the sales team to design tailored logistics solutions, leveraging your expertise in supply chain and 4PL.
  • Actively monitor and manage 4PL partners to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the regional logistics team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics.
  • Proven experience in 4PL logistics management.
  • Strong reasoning skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in written/spoken Dutch (Desirable but not mandatory)
