About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader to join our Eastern Europe team. As a Sales Trader, you will work with clients of various sizes in different industries, each with their own set of exciting challenges.

You will create, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients, using your strong interpersonal skills and stellar communication skills to gain their trust. You will find your own leads and through extensive cold calling, you will break down barriers and go the extra mile to ensure you stand out to clients.

You will also have the full support of your colleagues, each with their unique set of skills and clients, and you will work together to close deals. Through our collaborative way of working, most of our deals happen between 2 or more traders. This approach means that you, as well as our clients, will benefit from the entirety of our knowledge, experience, and network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients across various industries in Eastern Europe
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Fluent speaker of any combination of Hungarian, Romanian, Slovene, Serbo-Croatian, or Czech, and fluent in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Business, Economics, or Finance
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales, Trading, Brokerage, or Business Development
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Natural sales or business development personality
  • Not afraid to cold call and approach people
  • Energetic, curious, and ambitious
  • Driven to close deals and prove yourself
  • Able to help structure a wide array of markets together with a mentor/team member
  • Able to engage with various cultures/lived in various countries in Eastern Europe
