Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration student to join our Talent Engagement team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us improve our community management and event planning processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Co-organize and participate in community initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration among our community members.
  • Analyze data to visualize the impact of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and communication templates to effectively communicate with our community members.
  • Maintain contact with our community members and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and proactively seek feedback and guidance from colleagues and supervisors.
Your Profile
  • You are a bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Communication, HR, or a related field.
  • You have excellent data presentation skills, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
  • You possess a strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude, who is not afraid to speak up and share ideas.
  • You are proficient in English.
