Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead international client projects in delivering and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients, creating sustainable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, guaranteeing timely and successful software application implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations, deliver tailored business knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
  • Identify and mitigate potential business/project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain open communication channels with relevant parties, providing regular progress updates both formally and informally.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Represent HSO International professionally and positively, upholding our values and reputation.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices proactively, driving value and excellence in their operations.

About the Role Location

This position offers flexibility regarding location within Europe, provided you have full European or UK working rights. As our global projects require travel and on-site work, candidates should be willing to work from home, at the customer's site, or in our office in Amsterdam as needed. For the right candidate, we are ready to facilitate relocation to the Netherlands and provide a work visa, presenting an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role must have a proven track record as a functional lead and senior consultant, working in a team of international finance consultants. You should possess at least 5 to 8 years of ERP Consulting experience, preferably with intercontinental rollouts. To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working as a lead consultant on at least five international end-to-end ERP implementations and proficiency with finance modules. Prior experience in a finance role is a requirement. The successful candidate stepping into this role will have extensive pre-sales experience, excellent presentation skills.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as analytical and proactive qualities. Being customer-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to take on extra responsibilities and challenges is essential. Additionally, the candidate must enjoy working in an international team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive excellent benefits, including a laptop and mobile phone, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
