Job Title: Boatmaster

The Boatmaster is responsible for the safe operation of our new LNG-powered inland tankers, ensuring the well-being of the crew and the security of the cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid Rhine patent and possess excellent knowledge of the Rhine River and its navigation.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boatmaster, Captain, or First Skipper in inland tanker shipping.
  • Be fluent in Dutch, English, and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a Skipper diploma and be up-to-date with all relevant certifications and diplomas.

Requirements:

  • Rhine patent
  • VHF certificate
  • Radar patent
  • ADN Basic
  • ADN Chemistry
