Job Title: Boatmaster

The Boatmaster is responsible for the safe operation of our new LNG-powered inland tankers, ensuring the well-being of the crew and the security of the cargo.

The primary sailing route is on the Rhine River, with our vessels equipped with excellent facilities and accommodation.

Requirements:

Applicants for the Boatmaster position must possess the following valid certificates and diplomas:

  • Rhine patent
  • VHF certificate
  • Radar patent
  • ADN Basic
  • ADN Chemistry

Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Boatmaster, Captain, or First Skipper in inland tanker shipping, as well as a thorough knowledge of legal and formal provisions.

Language Requirements:

Candidates should have a good command of the Dutch language, verbal and written, as well as nautical English and German.
