We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Operations Intern to join our team at Belkin International. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing team and across departments, particularly with the Sales and Product Management teams.

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for coordinating product launches and content distribution, supporting marketing activities, and creating and updating marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launches and content distribution
  • Support marketing activities, including events, presentations, and mailings
  • Create and update marketing collateral, such as flyers and brochures
  • Brief graphic design teams
  • Coordinate content localization with in-house translation
  • Conceive, plan, coordinate, and execute projects across channels
  • Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure to capture the impact of all marketing efforts
  • Establish processes for supporting a clean database of records
  • Assist in building processes across channels

Requirements

  • Flexibility, proactive attitude, and ability to take the initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • High-level organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and communication skills
  • Registration as a Bachelor/Master student in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Availability for a 5-6 month internship, 40 hours a week
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams
  • Excellent project management and timekeeping skills with strong attention to detail
