Our culinary team is a dynamic and creative environment where everyone can work, learn and play. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate full-time Executive Culinary Team Member who is eager to develop with us.

We offer flexible shifts with no restrictions regarding the day of the week or time of day. You will have the opportunity to join our team in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way.

This role offers an estimated salary of €2,800 - €3,200 per month, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Mise en place will be a considerable part of your job, including food preparation work and basic cooking.
  • You will ensure accurate measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
  • You will react to the needs of the senior chefs, assisting in all kitchen operations.
  • You will deal with deliveries and stock rotation.
  • You will maintain high standards of hygiene.

As an Executive Culinary Team Member, you will work closely with our senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for managing mise en place, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MBO degree.
  • Fluent English (and country language) skills - written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
  • You will be friendly and welcoming to guests and team members.
  • You will be able to work calmly under pressure and have excellent multitasking abilities.
  • You will be contemporary spirited and think outside the box.
  • You will be flexible, motivated, social and highly organized.
