Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the chemical and life science industry, as well as other departments, regarding all Systems & Software service-related requests in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, log, and follow up on customer calls, questions, referrals, complaints, contractual obligations, and all other inquiries.
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with local and international support organizations to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Prepare and coordinate site visits for field service engineers and consultants.
  • Facilitate support to engineers and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance for contract customers and work with the sales and admin teams to ensure service contract renewals and Service Subscription renewals are maintained.
  • Communicate internal and external and follow Emerson Safety & Quality processes and standards on Service tasks.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Services.
  • Bachelor's level (through formal education or work experience) in a technical field.
  • Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, affinity with Management systems).
  • Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Dutch and English.
